Partner agreement

1. Who this is between

This agreement is between Nexus Sky Corp, which operates gembreak, and you, as an independent partner. It is not employment, and it does not make either of us the other's agent. You are responsible for your own taxes.

2. What you do

You post about gembreak and share the personal link we issue you. What you post is yours: your words, your audience, your schedule. We do not approve posts in advance and we do not require any minimum.

You must not claim to be us, promise specific winnings, present odds other than the ones we publish, or target anyone under 18. You must disclose that your link is a paid partnership wherever the platform requires it — in the United States that is the FTC's rule, not ours.

3. What you earn

Your commission rate, your attribution window, the hold before a payout can be requested and the minimum payout are agreed with you individually. All four are shown in your portal, and those are the terms that apply.

Someone who signs up within your attribution window of clicking your link is attributed to you, permanently and only once — the first link a person clicks is the one that counts.

You earn your rate on every deposit that person makes during their window. The figure is the settled amount we actually receive, after our processor's fee, which the depositor pays on top.

You earn on deposits, not on box openings and not on anything a customer sells back. Credits a customer already holds are not a deposit.

You do not earn on your own account. An account linked to your partner record earns you nothing, whichever order you set it up in.

4. When you get paid

Commission becomes available once it has cleared the hold shown in your portal. Before that it shows as pending. The wait exists because a card payment can be reversed, and we would rather hold your money briefly than ask for it back.

Once your minimum has cleared the hold you can request a payout from the portal. We review it and pay to the account you have given us. Payment happens outside the platform, by transfer.

We need a completed tax form on file before your first payment. For United States partners that is a W-9.

5. When money is taken back

If a deposit is refunded or charged back before you were paid for it, the commission is reversed and was never owed.

If it happens after you were paid, the amount becomes a debit and is netted off your next payout. We will not invoice you for it, and we will not take it from a different partner's earnings.

We may withhold a payout while we investigate a deposit we believe to be fraudulent, and will tell you that is why.

6. Ending it

Either of us can end this at any time, for any reason, by saying so. If we end it, your link stops earning from that moment and anything already earned is still paid on the normal schedule.

We may deactivate a link immediately, without notice, if we believe it is being used to mislead people, to target minors, or to generate deposits that are not genuine.

7. Changes

We can change these terms. When we do, the version here changes and you will be asked to accept the new one before your next payout. Commission already earned is settled under the version you accepted when you earned it.
